Management (Somerville) Harassing people, breaching privacy and confidentiality of residents, violence throughout the building and courtyard!!!!!! Incorrect rent amounts being requested from tenants. All around unprofessional !!!!!! Awaiting response from corporate.BEDBUGS, Broken Elevators, FLYING BUGS, roaches and OD’s all apart of Bel park

The ppl that have taken over have done a good job with fixing up the existing apartments...Given us better amenities, 2 laundry rooms perfectly situated and they're open 24 hours which is great! They've even popped for change machines where we actually have like debit cards for washing and that is a BIG HIT with the tenants...The leasing dept. simply appears to appreciate the tenants and that has helped greatly with moral...

Horrible place to live. Management treats the residents like children. They refuse to listen to you if there's an issue and force you to do what they want. All they care about is rent no care for residents. The place is run like a jail they act you live here for free but we do pay rent and can't even live like this is our home. They limit our visitors make them have ID and refuse to let them in if they don't. Just horrible not a home a jail. I wouldn't advise anyone to move here!!!

This place has improved. Haven't seen ANY MICE ROACHES over a year now. Halls lobby clean. Agree with others. Front of building negative 5 starrs. Back of building positive 5 stars.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👌🏿

Security is professional and courteous. The building is kept clean
