Edit: there are multiple reviews about how they take advantage of you. Not one review like mine, multiple. I also got the report and they literally created damage after I left, Putting blue tape places and pulling paint off. TAKE PICTURES! We spent $200 which we have the receipts for plus money getting the paint & supplies- Plus the gas back-and-forth - They don’t care. There is a review right under here written by somebody that said they did the same thing to her. If they make this right, I will take the review down. My property manager was ironically, the same too, Destiny & Jackie. What this company does is that if you read the lease, They charge insane amounts of money you’re talking over $1000 to “Paint” And I put that in quotes, because as the review said below, it was subpar. Not only did we clean it, but we spent literally over 40 hours cleaning it. Not only did we match the paint, but we matched it perfectly. She literally dirtied The house with her shoes she had on then took a picture of it & claimed that it was from me. We cleaned it better than it was when I moved in. IF you read all the reviews, everybody else did too. The places are disgusting when you move in. The painter is so unprofessional they don’t know to cover the floor. DO NOT RENT FROM BEL-CROSS PROPERTIES Destiny w/Bel-Cross was my leasing agent. I filled out a MOVE IN CONDITION REPORT FORM. It was stated that the home's repairs were not guaranteed; however, they should be documented to absolve the tenant of liability. Do not believe this, Bel-Cross will hold you liable for their negligence.The paint job in the home was subpar, lacking professionalism, which I have photos and videos for proof. I was charged $400.00 for patched and painted work. I do not feel responsible for $400 for paint work. I was charged $614.80 for cleaning 6 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 kitchens, and 2 living rooms. If you want to be charged for everything you already included in your move in report, go with Bel-Cross! Otherwise, RUN. Have never experienced a company trying to take advantage of students the way Bel-Cross does. -10 stars.

RUN FAR AWAY! No matter how clean you leave the place even if it’s a better condition than what you were given when you moved in. They will still charge you. Even legitimately $20 for a lightbulb. RENT FROM ANYWHERE ELSE IN MORGANTOWN!
