Bel Air Apts.

Reasonably priced units, good neighborhood and the fellow tenants are cool. Very occasional noise but really not an issue. Maintenance tickets for small issues I've put in over the years have all been resolved same day. The property management is chill and easy to work with. Sometimes the recycling and garbage get a little overflowed but is always emptied every week. I've lived here for a couple years now and I like it, so I figured I'd put in a good review.

Summary: Terrible property management and the building is too old. The property manager J.Y. never responded calls. Barely checked emails. Never processed your complaints. It makes think property manager is the easiest job. Good luck if you are moving in. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing.

The manager was really nice and the apartment was very clean
