As a growing 501(c)3 charity, we needed a space customized to our needs. This included not only a loading dock, but proximity to my home and the ability to grow in space without having to leave the physical location. If you are renting a residential property from BEI you should expect them to keep your security deposit. They kept (stole) my $3600 security deposit and informed me 45 days after it was supposed to be returned. I received an list of damages I supposably did to the house. It was very creative and some of the things down right lies. Steer clear from renting from them, if you like your money. Worst experience ever!!
