Bees Ferry Apartments

I have had an excellent move out experience thanks to Chris and Azaria. Chris has always been pleasant every time I called about questions or concerns. Chris, you have a very welcoming personality and I appreciate you so much! When returning my keys and fob I met Azaria and she was so sweet and kind. She treated me like a valued resident even though it was moving. You two treated me so well. Thanks, from Gwendolyn!

Living out of state and trying to find an apartment and take care of all the paperwork that goes with it can be tough. But the team at Bees Ferry made it seamless. I must’ve called them 50 times and they were always on top of my questions and requests. Azaria is amazing to work with and I highly recommend her and bees ferry if apartment searching! Thank you bees ferry!!

Little older community. Not the best storage options in the apartment (we have a 2 bedroom). You can hear everything above you (we’re on the 2nd floor) and the parking is awful. Never spots in the evening but…good neighbors, quiet neighborhood, great location, great prices, lots of a activities at the clubhouse, pool is perfect in the summer and maintenance is pretty great. So even though there are some things I’d change and some challenges I would still say overall a really good community to live in.

Moved in after looking at countless options in Charleston. Bees ferry had everything we needed with upgraded features in the apartment like LVP flooring and a big screened in porch. Azaria in the front office made the move in a breeze and Chris was also super helpful. The community is friendly, respectful and quiet. We have no regrets living here.

Savannah and her team were very helpful in ensuring our recent move from out of state went smoothly. It’s always challenging to rent sight unseen. The unit was as promised and Chris even went the extra mile on our moving day by staying late when our movers were delayed and placing packages that arrived prematurely into our unit. So far the maintenance team and other service providers have been very responsive in addressing minor concerns and installing utilities. The property itself appears to be well maintained, the amenities work and the residents are polite and friendly. Looking forward to a great experience for the duration of our stay here at Bees Ferry Apartments!!
