My comments were deleted.... I'm not a disgruntled employee and I'm not necessarily disgruntled ex-tenant... But bad business practices put me at a loss. We paid our bills on time and had no issue I'm not going to get into the whole story but you do not want to do business with these people they do not take care of their tenants they did not take care of me they didn't negotiate or give me any sort of fallback they pushed me out to allow one of my competitors to come in who rents from them from another location that is fact....delete my post again and I'll make sure to share the entire story with my friends down at the news station. Bad practice to take a good paying tenant and try to raise the rent by 45% in order to give a business associate my space. I'll make sure everyone in Jacksonvi
