I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with Beechwood Homes. I was really impressed from the moment I walked through one of their homes. The layouts are well thought out and feel open and practical without being overdone. Everything flows nicely and just makes sense for everyday living. The interiors are beautifully done in a way that feels tasteful and comfortable. The finishes are high quality, the kitchens are both stylish and functional, and the bathrooms have a clean, polished feel. There’s also great natural light throughout, which makes the spaces feel even more inviting. Overall, you can tell a lot of care goes into what they build. Response to Beechwood: I should be clear, very few of the items on the original list are done. It's been a year. There's no excuse possible that can cover up taking a year (and counting) to adjust a bathroom door. That's one of numerous examples. I enjoyed the experience because of the employees that are no longer there. Everyone else has been a disaster to work with. If I had to do it over again, I wouldn't build with Beechwood. I've contacted the president, spoken with the VP, numerous discussions with project managers. Are you saying the generic customer service team is able to do things these people can't? We had a great experience buying our home from Beechwood Homes. The team was professional, helpful and made the entire process smooth. We love the design and quality of our new home and are so happy with our decision.

Built home at Broadmoor in Marvin. Kind neighbors, structural integrity of home is well built. However buyer beware. Once you close, it is a full-time job to get them to come back for a repair. This includes the one year punchlist.. Consistent staff turnover in all departments, along with a second HOA in a year with a one star rating. Save yourself a Migraine
