Beech's Farm Apartments

This is the worst place that I have ever lived in my life. I have been here for a year and for 2 months, I came home everyday to 5 or 6 people inside my apartment to turn a traditional fireplace into an electric fireplace. I endured this for 3 months straight. They finally made me move to another apartment then I had to move back in 3 weeks. I was charged full rent through all of this adversity. My house was no longer a home. Can you imagine coming “home” to this everyday.

No one hardly ever answers the phone at the leasing office. You have to put in numerous requests for repairs, when they finally show up repair are not done properly. You have to fight to get them to call back and correct what they broke. I have been fighting for almost two years for a correct water and trash bill. Three leasing Companies have Been here in two years. Numerous office Managers assured me that they would resolve it to no avail. They removed my parking permit that I have due to an illness. I could go on and on. To date I'm still waiting for resolution .. I feel that the maintenance supervisor is extremely efficient and very good at what he does unfortunately for him it's difficult for him to get and keep good hired help so I don't blame any of this on the maintenance supervisor

Aaliyah and Tiffany were absolutely wonderful! Warm and inviting it literally felt like home when I walked in the door. Aaliyah was very knowledgeable of the amenities on the property as well as inside the apartment homes. Tiffany asked me my preferences soon after I was greeted and smiled as if to say we have you covered. It was a wonderful experience!

This place is a DUMP! Management is inexperienced and clearly overwhelmed and underprepared to engage in difficult conversations. Instead of just admitting they don’t have an answer to your question, they just lie. One lie after another and they can’t even keep them straight. Oh, I was also told that the residents were responsible for removing snow and ice in the parking lot! The entire property has been ignored for over a week and driving is still almost impossible. All of the neighboring communities are clear and dry with plenty of parking and dry parking lots. Over here residents have chairs and benches saving their spots they dug out of over a week ago. We were warned by management not to do that. Instead, we were offered to purchase “reserved” parking at an extra monthly charge. 🙄. Bo

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this apartment complex. Initially, I scheduled a tour specifically for a two-bedroom unit. They called me to confirm that the appointment was all set and told me I could come in early. But when I arrived, they didn’t have a two-bedroom available to show at all—nor even a comparable unit like a one-bedroom. I found out later that the number I spoke to was a third-party service, not even the office staff directly, which explained some of the miscommunication. They then rescheduled me, promising a two-bedroom would be ready to view in two weeks. When that time came, I called ahead, and they acted like they had no idea who told me that—no two-bedroom was available after all. It was just layers of miscommunication and poor management. To add to
