This is one of the best builders in Illinois. We had a great experience with the entire team. Bob, Natalie and Chris were outstanding. We love our new home. No detail was left out and with Natalie’s expertise the home selection process was seamless. The craftsmanship is seen throughout the home.

Beechen and dill is truly unlike any other. While being a professional, reputable, longstanding builder that have the resources of a big company, they will give you the care and attention of a small company. And it all shows in the process and in their quality. They built our dream home through a seamless process that was so organized, leaving us with a peace of mind. Everyone else told me builing a home is a dreadful and exhausting process. B&D honestly made it one of the coolest and enjoyable things I've ever done. Everyone was so kind, gracious, and patient - from Bob to the amazing Natalie to Chris who always went above and beyond. Thank you all. My next one will be with you. Meanwhile, I'm enjoying this one. This B & D townhome will be the 5th home I've had built. Of the 5 different builders I've worked with over the years, B & D has been my favorite. Everyone (Bernadette, Natalie, Chris and Joe) has been a pleasure to work with. Even the subcontractors that I've met have been nice. Like with any new build, there are some minor things that need to be fixed, but most of those items have already been corrected. I've been very happy with my decision to have B & D build my new home.

House turned out beautiful and every inch of it was well thought out. Top notch quality and a very fast build. Everyone at Beechen & Dill wants you to love your house, from the design selection stage to the final walk through. Also, they stand by their work so you have peace of mind. I would build with them again.

Fantastic to interact with, very inviting and knowledgeable when we were looking at various models. Bob, Katie and Bernadette were wonderful, they shared all the standard features available and upgrades with costs- no hidden numbers. Katy was even kind enough to share paint colors since the designer of the units has impeccable taste!
