Bedford Hills Apartments

If you experience the dissapointment of interacting with managment here i am so sorry especially if you meet the new manager Rachanda. I have been visiting my brother at his aparment for years. Me my niece and my nephew would often swim there as he or his fiance would go up to their apartment and back down to us at the pool throughtout the afternoon. June 29th i guess managments been getting tired of this because this woman pops her head out the office and before acknowledging us like people shouts "are you with (sister in laws name)" me: "yes" her: "well you cant be here without her present" "uh ok?" Wow, these apartments have really gotten pricey! I have been sitting on writing a review for 15 months now, but I think it is important that people understand what you get yourself into here. At a glance these apartments look nice. Once you move in you see the quality of the materials they use to construct are not the highest quality. In addition to that they are always threatening to charge tenants for all their rules, if you should break them. Now some are important like not cleaning up the waste from your pets on the property, however they charge over $100 to get your dogs DNA when you move in and a pet fee monthly, that seems to go up every year. But there are harassing threats to charge tenants for crazy things like not having your dog in a crate every time they need to come into you

Property manager was completely rude when inquiring about an apartment. The concept of hospitality is dead as somehow it’s ok to take on a slumlord mentality and treat people with little to no respect. This disappointing correspondence was completely unexpected to me from what I thought was an upscale living community. Find a better, more personable property manager for Bedford Hills.

I would give it a ZERO if i could!! SO DISAPPOINTED!! I called and emailed this property manager for over 2 weeks to only be called to say "I have nothing available" - she wouldn't even discuss options for what could become available - no pricing, nothing ... Andrea was beyond rude and very unprofessional. If this is any way that the tenants are treated while living here, I fear for them!! Best of luck to anyone inquiring - YIKES!!

Great looking apartments with keyed entry. Their maintenance man Kevin is very knowledgeable and keeps this place running tip top.
