House falling apart the new landlord is very disrespectful they hire anybody we went through 5 landlords 10 maintenance workers they don’t fix nothing in your house we never have air in the summer time never have heat in the winter and when it time to get fix it be a month after you keep putting in tickets building stay dirty laundry rooom a mess mailbox finally just got fix after 2 months DONT APPLY AINT WORTH IT

In C building the hallways are always dirty not to mention the bad smell on the first floor, and in the front yard is dirty also the back. Dumpster is always over flowing with garbage. In the laundry room none of the machines work.

Ms. Lee the manager is rude and unprofessional. When you call for a maintenance issue she'll argue with you like it's your fault. So many of the maintenance men and office staff have left because of her. She's a bully. Some of the tenants say she curses and yells at them. Allot of us can't afford to move.

It looks so different now that their remodeling them old apartments

This is the worst place to be they have mice and roaches and they never spray the apartments for roaches right the roaches just run to the next house they need to bomb that building for mice and roaches because it's just disgusting!!
