Setting up an apartment for my Senior Father with mobility and slight cognitive issues seemed almost impossible until dealing with Becker Pines (More specifically Tim). Tim is the "Stand up" type guy that in modern times only seems to exist in movies. Wrong! He made getting everything getting taken care of a a breeze despite the the issues we were having with paper work on our end. He understood the unique issue and helped out tremendously. The neighbors so far seem like all genuine, hardworking, honest people. Everyone seems very friendly. Future updated review to come down the road!
Hallway carpeting is dirty and needs updating. Washers and dryers don't work half the time.
Friendly staff for showing apartments, spacious and reasonable on rent.
The person I talked to was very nice and helpful.
