Beaver Lake Resort Apartments and Suites

Shared laundry machines (that are pay to use) have been broken for months. When you pay a $250 maintenance fee on top of rent, you start to wonder what that money actually goes to if nothing is being fixed.

Don't fall for the old reviews because that was for the old management (Team Jesse). The new management is not good. If I could give no stars I would. This place has gone down. It's hard to contact people. You never see anyone. People park where ever they want to park and nothing happens. When you try to call maintenance they don't pick up. They charge extra $250 for "maintenance fees" and they rarely cut the grass. When they do it looks like an amateur is doing it. They barely plow the snow and clear the walkways in the winter. Entry doors have more wild plants growing attracting bugs. Overall they're very rude.

Been living here for almost 3 years now, all i can say is that Jesse, who takes care of everything, is the greatest!!! You can definitly count on him!!! Very helpful!!! As so the place itself, i love the "cabin feel" to it. I've stayed at both 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom apartment (had to down size) and still very satisfied. The lake view is very amazing!!! So glad to have found this place for us to call home for a while!!!

Roaches lots of Roaches in Alaska. After the first day started seeing them everywhere. Talked to building manager and he said they're dealing with but couple roach traps in common area lobby won't fix this. Mambey after people get sick they'll fix.

This was the first place we lived in Alaska back in 1985. If I remember right, there used to be a ping pong table on the lower floor where my wife and I played often. We loved it!
