BearTown Townhomes

While I’ve enjoyed the closeness of the property to MSU and downtown, there have been numerous issues with the lack of communication and care when it comes to maintenance problems. We have had the same problem with our dryer for over 2 months with multiple people telling us it would be fixed, and have yet to actually take care of the problem. It really shouldn’t take 2 months to get a dryer repaired, and has now cost me and my roommates over $100 in ruined clothes and the cost of having to do our laundry elsewhere. We have also had multiple problems with our oven overheating, which again took nearly a month for them to fix, with the issue arising again within a couple weeks. If you are looking for somewhere close to campus, I would recommend looking elsewhere solely due to the lack of comm

Beartown is one of the coolest communities near MSU! The floorplan is massive and all the people who live here are awesome!
