This apartment complex has no reliable emergency or maintenance response, and everything is handled by one property manager who is extremely unresponsive. If you have an emergency maintenance issue, expect it to take one to two weeks to be addressed. One property manager is the only person responsible for everything, yet she rarely answers calls or responds in a timely manner.
