Bear Creek Crossing

I’ve lived here about a month now & I have had a great experience so far. Me and my partner are first time renters and Melissa has been amazing!! She was very patient, kind and helpful from the beginning & I couldn’t appreciate her more! She answered all of our questions and concerns without getting frustrated or annoyed with us, which ultimately made us go with these apartments! The apartments themselves are nice and spacious, especially for a starter apartment. The prices are very affordable compared to what you’re getting vs other apartments in the area. The gate works well, despite it being open indefinitely the past week due to the cold weather (but I understand why) it uses an app to control it & there has been no issues. There were a couple issues with our apartment when we moved in

I never had any issues except for the parking. It’s SO hard to FIND a parking space. Management was nice.. I lived here for a few months (6) when I first moved to Houston, just needed a place to stay until i was able to find something else closer to work and a safer area for a female. Over all , I had a good experience while living in this apartment complex. Aaron was always courteous and respectful, His costumer service skills are a 5⭐️. But to the Apartment complex, The 4 star rating is because well it was just a place I lived in. Some of the neighbors were kinda shady but management has nothing to do with it. And also the parking issues. Many times I had to park far away. Otherwise I did have a good experience living here.

The place is managed by a person that is incompetent, that is breaking the policies and doesn’t have customer service knowledge. Doesn’t have manners to treat kids. The pool is closed the weekends when it’s the time that should be available for families. It’s based on the management’s convenience. Someone should make something about it because I’m just one of many residents in the community that has complained about it. The manager should be taking into investigation! Otherwise, this will get escalated further.

Melissa Reyes was an Amazing help setting up my first apartment!!! Highly recommended!!
