Al & Warren managed my property. It was a bad experience from the begining when they weren't setup to transfer funds as an 'established' prop manager. The lease renewal process was a disaster as was getting tax paperwork. I note reviews from employees listed, not identifying themselves as such, which speaks to ethics and other reviews I saw and one I posted previously that are now 'missing'. Obviously they can control what reviews are posted. Shakey. After posting my initial review, I received multiple texts and phone calls requesting, then strong arming me to delete my review from the owner and a salesman. Beacon did a fantastic job on my project. I had a client come to my Architectural Practice for a house design, which we are building now BTW. We asked Al to help us find a site. It was tough, be worked tirelessly, was relentless and it really paid off. My client loves the Site, 5 acres, close to his location and under his budget.
