Beacon Hill Harrisonburg Sales

When I first moved to Beacon Hill as a renter I loved the neighborhood. There were just enough rules and regulations to keep the neighborhood nice, but not an overbearing HOA. There was a mix of students in the development, but the majority of occupants were families and young professionals. Several years ago I decided that I wanted to purchase in the neighborhood and have been disappointed ever since. In addition to the more recent influx of college students I feel, as a homeowner, I have been treated very poorly. Changes made within the HOA have created a very overbearing authority. Rules are a positive aspect in most ways, but when you live somewhere that tags your door because your shrub is an inch and a half taller than is acceptable, or because your mulch is a little too dark to mee

They desperately need to update the playground areas.
