Beacon Hill Apartments

The place is nice and very well maintained but Sherry Porterfield needs to get gone!! I lived there for a year and there were multiple times during the middle of the night she would come in without even knocking. Even came in a few times when nobody was home.

I lived there for almost 2 years. Miss Sherry, the landlord, was always helpful, hardworking, and at the office to answer any questions I had. The handymen were kind, easily assessable and helpful. I miss being there but had to leave for health reasons. Highly recommend!

Don’t move here. The landlord is embezzling money, making fake water bills, harassing tenants, coming in taking pictures of my garage inside and my house downstairs. You name it, she is doing it. I asked for my receipts for rent and water paid and she gave me a 60 day eviction notice. She has stressed me out and I called corporate and they have done nothing but told the landlord after I asked them not to give my name for fear of retaliation and that’s when all of the picture taking and all started. She is still taking money.

I have lived here 4 years. I absolutely love it. It's very quiet. And well maintained.
