Beacon Hill Apartments

Do not move here if you're disabled. Its not disabled friendly. My boyfriend is actually disabled and cant do things but they expect the place to be spotless. He cant get a pca for help he cant buy his own food. They expect you to rely on them but the staff as wonderful as they are aren't actually allowed to help you. Please if you're disabled and cant completely take care of yourself 100% don't move here.

They are not disability friendly. They claim to be assisted living but they hardly seem to do that. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

I would totally recommend this place to people to live here, the staff are the friendliest people to be around they are very helpful and knowledgeable as well. This place is the cleanest apartments I have ever been at that take care of the mentally handicapped people. You get 5 stars and two thumbs up from me!

This is not a place to live. This is a place to stay, if you are between places. These are not homes, they are obviously someone else’s home and you will not forget it. The management is blatantly controlling. If you need low income housing and are painfully desperate, dive in. However you will have your hand held and be bossed around. If you are a free and independent adult, move passed this one. It’s not for you. You can’t grill, have pets, regular company, ect. It’s more of a halfway house kind of lifestyle. So there is no need to pay full rent here. I passed it up. Living free and true, has been well worth it. Plus, with the money I save, buying a house is in clear sight.

Us as small community stay to ours selfs and the property manager is awesome, helpful, and understanding
