Andrea DeRego was our agent in 2024, and she was absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly caring, friendly, and truly the best agent we could have asked for. Even after closing, she reached out to make sure we were happy with our choice, which meant so much to us. We would absolutely use her again if we decide to purchase another lot.

Little While ago We stayed here. The first night we arrived, I took a short bicycle ride around the parking lot. No one was outside, and everything seemed fine. The next day, while riding again and simply making a U-turn in the parking area, I was suddenly confronted and screamed at by a woman who questioned why I was there and who I was. I explained that I was staying with my family, renting a property, and was just riding around the area. Despite this, I was treated as if I were trespassing or doing something wrong, when I was simply exploring the neighborhood. This was especially frustrating because we were potential buyers considering property in the area. After this experience, we no longer feel welcomed or comfortable returning. people should not be treated like criminals for simp
