Was the seller's agent for my home. Impossible to correspond with, and left several issues open or unaddressed before closing. Little to no business ethics. She is her own broker so she is able to treat clients with impunity. I really, really wanted this house otherwise I would have broken contract on at least 4 occasions. Buyer beware. Hey sorry, wanted to update. Unethical behavior would be something like not pulling or closing permits before sale, or say removing light pull strings so you couldn't check if the lights work, but were given "my word its all done (spoiler, lies.)" I think unethical would be to Ask for a revised bid because they, "want to choose you, but want $5k more." Or perhaps unethical is just being your own broker who disregards standards and practices of rea
