I wasn’t satisfied with them, because as a first time home buyer you’d expect a bit more effort from the team. But from the agent, to the broker, it wasn’t the best experience because they lacked in certain areas which they’ve shown time and time again. I’m glad that I saw their true colors and was able to learn from this experience. Please do your research when looking for an agent especially if you’re a first time home buyer.

Beach South Realty is absolutely incredible. The team there is lead by experienced and caring brokers who know the business inside and out. Not only are they fierce advocates for their clients, they operate with the highest ethical standards of their profession. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell!

I would not rent from them. All they care about is getting your money. Just recently I had applied for a townhome in va rented from this company. Very unprofessional I was suppose to move in on June 1st and the place wasn’t even ready they still had old furniture from the last people in there. I noticed in the corner in the wall were really small spider like bugs and the paint was chipping off and outlet was was broken all the lady wanted me to do was fill out inspection form which I felt like some of that stuff needed to be fix before someone moves in. Lady also didn’t even know that there was a whole upstairs in the bathroom.

Beach South Realty was fine, they did all of the things they should have done. We stayed at Sanctuary in Virginia Beach. Way too many people not wearing face masks at the condo & at area stores. What the heck?

Monica Balzano is the rudest most disrespectful person I’ve ever had the DISPLEASURE of speaking with. Her duplexes she rents are atrocious and her attitude is even worse
