It is without hesitation that my husband and I recommend Beach Home Builders for home improvements or construction of a new home. Over the past several years, we hired Beach Home Builders on 5 separate home improvement projects. Every completed job has exceeded our expectations, which is why we will continue to hire Mike. He listens to our needs and creates the perfect solution. We love our garage/attic with lots of storage, fully remodeled kitchen, bedroom closet, bonus room and hardwood floors!!! Can't wait for the next project...expand master bedroom to include his and her walk in closets with spacious bathroom!

We have used Beach Home Builders several times over the years and they are amazing. Mike has a gift and created a beautiful custom outdoor living space in our backyard. Additionally he’s has done several interior updates to our home. We highly recommend their services as for they are dependable, clean and super friendly to work with.

I will not dispute the fact that Mike builds a beautiful well-built home, but since the hurricane rolled through last year I have had a leak in my roof. Mike built me a new custom home in Plantation Lakes and the roof has leaked several times and was still under warranty when I contacted him about the problem. He did come and "fix" the roof but the "fix" didn't work. As of this date (Jan. 23, 2020) he has still not responded to my calls, emails or texts regarding the problem and I can only assume the issue is getting worse. We had a very good client/builder relationship but he has totally ignored me regarding this issue. My next step will have to involve the legal process to obtain relief.

We have used Beach Home Builders, LLC for over ten years. They do excellent work, design and always clean up after each job. They are very good at fixing problems and resolving them. I highly recommend this company.
