We rented an AirBNB at this complex. Our condo and host were great. But I am baffled by the rusted bikes, trailer and a car that looked abandoned that were on the property. These condos are not cheap and I am sure there is a HOA. So why is this allowed? In addition, as a vacationer, I found the pool was not maintained. It could have use more TLC. The residents seem to be the ones keeping it maintained. The few pieces of exercise equipment were also rusted and one out of order. We saw no staff while we were there for a week. So not sure who's running the show.

My husband seems to really like the condo's here seeing as he trys to hide the fact he's repeatedly visiting there! Beach Club Fountain apartments are a great place for you to find the perfect home for you and your family or for you to hide from your family!

Excellent Condos. Many for rent on Airbnb. Great for a vacation or getaway from the city. Right next to the beach, shopping, great restaurants, banks, pet clinic, urgent care grocery stores etc. You don't even need a car. Within a few hundred feet you have access to any flavor dish you'd like to eat! Green Turtle Gourmet Market, Texas Roadhouse, Masa, Charlie and Jakes, Coasters Bar/Grill, Sumo Sushi, Thai Thai.
