Baywater Apartments

I’ve lived here for 6 years and things have gone down hill the last 3-4 years. When I first moved in I never had a problem with noisy neighbors. Now it’s loud music with bass frequently and neighbors visitors honking horns repeatedly outside. The laundry facility was out of order for more than a year. After they were replaced they are either not working or dirty, staining clothes consistently. Laundry machines are managed by a 3rd party now so the office can’t help much, you have to call the company. Neighbors just don’t care to clean up after themselves in the laundry room. Maintenance is always fast at coming out however they are not efficient with fixing the actual issue. Took me 2 years for a new toilet and a few months for a new dishwasher, mine was overflowing. The location of this apartments is excellent there’s so many different establishments within walking distance which makes ideal for those who don’t have a vehicle but the actual property and the management can be so much better specially because how they charge for rent

Our family has been living in this residential community for 10 years now. We are happy to have chosen to live in this community. From the first days we felt comfortable. For the few years that Jessica has arrived, she has felt in a family environment. From what we have known her, always correct and punctual, we feel that "there is a change of scenery". With the patience that distinguishes her, she never tires of answering and explaining every question and needs with kindness and respect. In particular we had the opportunity to get to know her even more deeply as we asked and changed the apartment always within the community. I have lived at Baywaters a little over 10 years now and I must say overall I have had a great experience living here . The only thing I would say that it took a little getting used to, was the kids playing outside. My kids are adults and my husband and I are both semi retired. Very well kept complex.

They literally are making fake reviews for the last week. Wow no, this place is horrible. The rent is way overpriced, and then they make you pay more for water and sewage and insurance on an apartment. The apartments all have mold hidden behind the walls.and in the air conditioning My least expires end of this month. I'm out of here.
