Bayville Apartments

So far, I’ve really enjoyed living here! I’ve had a few maintenance requests and they were addressed really quickly. The office staff is always very nice and helpful as well. Highly recommend!

I have been at Bayville Apartments for one year and seeing great improvements. Even with short staff. They were able to be very responsive to my apartment issues. Now they have gotten increasing staff, and they are all very respectful, friendly, and go out of their way to be helpful I really enjoy living here!

I loved living here. They worked with me and were accommodating and when I needed a place to live. I was here for one year and never was there any issues with staff or tenants.

Lived here for 4 years too damn long…..first off when I got there the roaches were insane and I am a clean ocd type person so they would send out an exterminator from the office and whatever they used never worked so I hired terminex with my own money which got rid of them….the plumbing is terrible and my apartment was old and outdated the kitchen literally looked like it was built in the 60’s they only renovate when you move out so everyone around me had a nice apartment except for me My toilets would overflow without being used my showers would back up my bathroom had no fan in it so mold would grow outside of the vents My kitchens ceiling was sagging from roof damage on the outside so when it would rain it would rain in my kitchen…. Good at first, nightmare now. Constant water issues with leaks, mold, and the accompanying property damage that comes with moisture buildup. The water bill is over double the state average because they don’t measure individual unit usage, just the usage for the entire property so anticipate $150+ any given month. Maintenance team is nice and does their best to help but they are understaffed. Office team is also nice but also understaffed, they get back to you when they can but don’t always have answers. Right now, there are entire buildings without hot water. They’ve been like that for a week and will continue like that through the new year. As older tenants that are fed up with staying here move out, their units get “renovated” with facelift type items and bandaids get put on the real
