Beyond excellent! The level of knowledge and service puts other title companies to shame. I can not tell you how relieved I was that the title attorney caught an error from the buyers title company that saved BOTH clients (buyer & seller) a costly heartache! Our first experience with Bayview Title was nothing short of spectacular. We deal with a lot of title companies and can easily distinguish the good from the bad, and we can't rave enough about this company's attentiveness, knowledge, communication, and professionalism. RJ and Julianne were on top of everything from A-Z and, as attorneys, they didn't hesitate to step in when the deal was getting a little shaky towards the end to sort things out.
