I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience living in the Towson Station Apartments. My unit itself was absolutely adorable—I received so many compliments from friends and family about how spacious and cozy it was. The layout was perfect, and the new appliances made it feel modern and fresh. The rent is extremely reasonable. And the building/unit was incredibly quiet, which made it feel like a my little sanctuary. There are only a handful of apartments in total in the building; everyone I met was so kind and respectful. Lori made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. She is incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Living there was a wonderful experience. My partner and I had nothing but an amazing experience here. The staff is amazing, a special shoutout to Lori! She is a gem. The complex itself it also kept in good condition and the location you can't beat! Walking distance to anything you could need - including a nice 15 minute walk to the mall. If we did not move away, we would have resigned our lease. If we had an issue it was handled asap or at least started to be handled asap. Please note, that not everything can be fixed in a blink of an eye, let's be reasonable here. It will be fixed and it will be done the right way. Our washer/dryer stopped working, of course on Sunday. HOWEVER, I reached out to Lori and someone came out the next day. All was well in the world. I've rented from Bayview for over four years now. The property manager has always been courteous and very responsive. I very much like my apartment at the unique and historic Towson Station building. The accommodating features of this place are fantastic and the building maintenance and upkeep have been nothing short of commendable throughout my entire time here - I highly recommend!

If I could give this place negative 5 starts I would. I lived her for 3 years went from the apartments that are very small the walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbors breathing. To a town home. Walls are thin mice infested roach infested mold infested. They only do minor fixes I had to call code for them to come out to clean the mold the refused to give me a proper inspection just my for me to pay myself. The office manager Rosalina is the worse very unprofessional nasty and that’s if she available. Kids ruin your cars in the parking lots with scooter toys throwin things rock leaving things in the parking lots. The pump on the side would pump up human waste and they did nothing. But they will hound you down for your rent even if u one day late

I've been renting from Bayview for over a year now, and have yet to have a single issue with them. They have always been easy to get in touch with, responsive to emails, good communication. When there are issues, they always attend to them, and keep us updated. They installed a new, secure door lock system for the apartment complex. They also addressed a parking issue by installing new signs, and towing vehicles that are illegally parked. Even when it came down to renewing the lease, it was clear, and easy to work with them!
