As a resident here, I have to give it to Ryan for being absolutely incredible at what he does! He’s always came as a maintenance person to fix what ever we have broken within our apartment! Keep it up Ryan!

Very kind, my kitchen and main area was super messy from me struggling to clean in the dark and he was extremely understanding and didn’t make me feel ashamed for it, let me cook my bagel before turning the power off via breaker, and talked to me about anime (we had one piece on our tv) so there wasn’t any awkward silence lol, I only like Ryan and Ernie and would recommend Ryan as a safe maintenance man to any friends I had, I never once felt uncomfortable or unsafe well he was in my home he always knocked before entering and everything even asked before entering our bedroom or any room, polite and respectful! And I have a kitchen light again!!

Ryan’s a great maintenance man, very friendly and does good work. He’s fixed a few things in our place and is very quick and clean.

We had an appointment with them on 12/10/25 at 5pm and they ended up standing us up and when we tried to contact them they wouldn’t respond to any messages or phone calls. Pretty sure they have scammers pretending to be leasing agents for their apartment complex.

A quick shout out for Ryan, the maintenance guy from Goldmark, who made some repairs in my apt. at Bayview. He was friendly, extremely professional and completed the tasks in a short time. He's an asset to the team!
