This place deserves a 10 star rating. If I can call a place home, outside of home, then def. Bayview Crown it is! Besides my cozy and clean apartment I enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere, the BBQ grill and pool. Fay, the host is super friendly, attentive and delightful. The property is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood but not too far away from all the fun stuff in Fort Lauderdale. I can recommend Bayview Crown to anybody who wants to feel welcome and safe. Any time I needed anything or had a question my host was super helpful. Equipped with TV and all the necessities it made my stay so much more easy and enjoyable. Thank you for making my stay memorable.

I loved it here so much that I extended my stay for 2 more weeks! Apartment #1 has a large patio where I worked and did yoga during the days. At night, we bbq’d by the pool and enjoyed the December weather. The property is a located a short walk to restaurants, shops, numerous parks, and the water (intracoastal and ocean). The host was accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this to travels passing through Ft. Lauderdale and those looking for an longer stay. Thank you!

Bayview Crowns indeed! This place deserves a crown and all the accolades for being the perfect little retreat that it is. It is a beautiful little refuge in the middle of a hustling and bustling Fort Lauderdale. Located in the prestigious Coral Ridge area where are you are surrounded by mansions, gorgues tropical flora, and across the street from a lovely canal where I love to go and meditate. It's beautiful. It is within walking distance to the galleria for shopping, Publix for groceries, and is a quick bike ride to the beach, restaurants, and clubs. Las Olas is also a drive away. At night it is very peaceful and quiet which I love. It has a lovely pool and grill to cook poolside and just lounge at home. The home we have had is spacious, and has all the amenities included. It is tasteful

COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT What I have experienced during my time in this home Has been a complete disappointment , one in which I thought would be nothing but amazing things considering the neighborhood. My first experience as I walked into the doors was that the unit did not seem like it was cleaned properly.The cabinets were infested with roaches as was outside by the pool. The pool area also was infested with rats. It’s unacceptable for a homeowner to leave in that condition. During this unprecedented time you would think cleaning would be a top priority of any business. another issue that I encountered...the toilet is continuing to clog, so is the bathroom sink, tub and kitchen sink. This was something I was blamed for. even though a toy car (and FECES) came up from the tub. I have no on

This place is everything! If you're ever visiting Fort Lauderdale, I'll advice you to go here for a perfect stay. Close to everything and a lovely hostess.
