I am coming up on the end of my lease and wanted to write my thoughts. I have zero complaints! Ashley in the office has been nothing but the sweetest person! The office has done different events from Thanksgiving dinner, pizza party, taco night, and even ice cream! Maintenance has been wonderful! I barely needed them but the few times I did within hours they were there to fix whatever was needed. One of the best parts is sitting on the balcony and seeing all the beautiful sunsets! Loved my apartment and neighbors!

I can’t say enough good things about the community here. From the moment you step onto the property, you’ll notice the consistent, meticulous upkeep of the grounds,the landscaping is always pristine, with lush greenery and beautifully manicured lawns that make you feel at home. The building itself is impeccably clean, from the common areas to the hallways. The gym is spotless and well-equipped, making it a pleasure to work out, and the pool area is always sparkling, offering a relaxing escape. But what really makes Bay Tree stand out is the amazing staff(Holly, Ashley and Dave). They are not only friendly and approachable, but they’re also incredibly responsive always just a call or email away, and they act quickly to resolve any concerns. Although the apartments are good, staff is pathetic especially Ashley. Very rude and unprofessional. She only says “ i will let you know” and never gets back. No proper response or follow up. Poor service.

This is my second year living here and my kids and I love it. The apartments are beautiful, the office staff are communicative and attentive. I’ve had zero issues since living here and I feel very safe. The neighborhood is quiet and the children can safely play outside. They have amenities such as the pool, which is always clean and nice, and they also have a gym for residents. I struggled finding a nice, safe and affordable environment for myself and my children. I was so happy to find this place which is why I renewed my lease. We were new to Delaware and this complex solidified my reasoning to move and stay here in Dover.

I've been living here for 4 years now, and I can honestly say it’s been a wonderful experience. From the start, the leasing office made the move-in process smooth and welcoming. The staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any maintenance requests — which are usually handled within 24 hours or less. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with clean landscaping and well-kept common areas. I especially enjoy the pool area and fitness center. My apartment itself is modern and spacious. The layout makes great use of space, and I appreciate the natural lighting that comes through the large windows. One of my favorite things about living here is the sense of community. The management team often organizes events. I also wanted to take a moment to recognize my leasing agen
