Thank you for bayside amazing team! My special thanks to Ms. Gina, Ms Ruby and Alejandra for way above and beyond for their service. I moved in finally to a different unit for a fresh start. The unit was clean and ready for move in. I am resident here for 3 years and saw the ups and down of the management but glad SACK made their way to give their resident a place worthy to stay. This place is quiet, offer a perfect place for me and my family. They made a lot of upgrades in the property which is amazing. From the moment I stepped foot into the office, I was greeted with such joy after having the roughest day apartment hunting. Ruby made the moving process one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. She was also very patient with me, helping me throughout the process of the application, and within a few days, I was moving in. I felt such relief because most places I’ve applied to, didn't go out their way to help me understand the process of the application like she did. (First apartment ever) She was super sweet, patient, and overall a great person, and I’m very happy to have her in office. Alejandra was absolutely amazing. She came out and fixed my fridge ceiling light and my stove top quickly and professionally. She was kind, respectful, and clearly knew what she was doing. What really stood out to me was her commitment she even said she would come back after another appointment she had scheduled to replace my toilet seat. That level of care and follow-through means a lot. I truly appreciate her help and excellent service. Thank you, Alejandra!

I've been a resident at Bayside Apartments since May of 2019. Since Sack Management took over communication has been absolutely terrible. The worst I have ever experienced. Its interesting to see reviews on how other tenants are having a wonderful experience. It almost makes me feel like I am being discriminated against. Several times I've tried to contact the leasing office via phone, I never get a live person answering the phone. Only a voice-mail saying the mailbox is full and cannot receive new messages. I utilize the text line, but rarely get a response. I struggled to leave a review after being asked my maintenance to leave one. I will say Alejandra is great. I want to give a huge thank you to Alejandra Cortez for the amazing work she does at Bayside Apartments. Since she has been handling maintenance on the property, everything gets taken care of quickly and efficiently. Work orders are completed right the first time, and you can really tell she takes pride in what she does. On top of her strong work ethic, Alejandra’s attitude is outstanding. She’s always professional, respectful, and approachable, which makes a big difference as a resident. It’s reassuring to know that maintenance issues are in such capable hands.
