READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH!! I lived here for 2 years. The first year was amazing I had no problems and when I did the leasing lady Shantell had every answer and so fast even after hours. Then she left/got let go not sure which but after she left it started going down hill with communication. You didnt have a direct person to talk to anymore for bayshore flats it was just a different email for a different place owned by mckinley to communicste with. Then it got really bad last fall when mckinley got bought out. this new company wanted to up our rent without breaking our lease so all the sudden im paying hundreds of dollars over my usual rent payments with random fees they charged with. higher trash, higher admin/multiple admin fees, higher water etc. The manager for the property under Hugh

Awesome place and Awesome team! Cynthia and Michelle have been so communicative getting me set up and resolving any issues. The location and building is unbeatable. I am very happy here. Couldn't recommend enough.

Resident life is great here! The staff is responsive, professional, and friendly. Cynthia L. Had done an incredible job welcoming me and answering all my questions quickly and thoroughly. Thank you for making my time here in Tampa welcoming and stress free.

Awful. Nothing ever works (grill, fire pit, etc). Leasing office is a joke, they have new employees every 6 months. If you have an issue, forget it! They will not answer phone calls and do not return messages. It’s hard to contact anyone because the employee turnover is so high you never know who to email. If you are having an issue with their website or billing/payment, they direct you to contact them but the phone number is disconnected! They have a huge mold problem. They have structural issues. Staircases are falling apart. Walls are paper thin. You have to acknowledge and initial a part of the lease that states some sort of toxic chemical is present in the dwelling so you can’t sue them. Bayshore Flats has been a FANTASTIC community for the last three years. I called it "My little hidden gem". Sad to be leaving this community and simply cannot leave without a few shout outs. The community was always clean and request orders were tend to in a timely manner. I had a couple delays here and there but then again during 2020/2021 we had a few shortages for products. The customer service by Aileen J and Jason G has been beyond excellent. Both went above and beyond making sure that my needs as a tent were taken care of, answered all my questions and concerns with a friendly and welcoming tone. Due to relocation I had to terminate my lease early and both made sure to guide me every step of the way. If I could give them more stars here I would. I highly recommend Bayshore Flats and
