EDIT: THEY WILL STEAL 1,000 FOR YOU AND SAY YOUR CHECK IS IN THE MAIL EVEN AFTER A MONTH. CURRENTLY FILING A 2ND POLICE REPORT In less than one year, this complex went through three different management changes within the first six months, and not a single change improved anything. My unit had MOLD, roaches (more than once), wasps, and lizards (on the second floor). Maintenance was a nightmare. You will not get pest control service if you are not home and have a pet loose. It wasn’t until I complained of the roaches (2 different times) where I learned of this after months went by without any service. Roaches and wasps continued to show even with the service I did receive. One maintenance worker was outright rude and dismissive. He repeatedly told me my garbage disposal “wasn’t broken,” e
This apartment complex management team takes advantage of residents during move-out, no matter what. They charged me a $200 cleaning fee even though I left the apartment in better condition than when I moved in. Preparing the unit for the next tenant is part of their job, yet they still tried to bill me without providing any proof of damages despite my request. Be cautious with their lease terms—especially when it comes to move-out.
Our time at Baypoint Apartments since 2020 has been thoroughly enjoyable. The combination of a supportive management team, a diligent maintenance crew, and the vibrant community has made living here a truly rewarding experience. We wholeheartedly recommend Baypoint Apartments to anyone looking for a place that feels like home, supported by a team that goes above and beyond to ensure the best living experience possible. The views are amazing, and the green belt behind the building is the best place to enjoy a daily walk or jog, last but not least there are two beautiful pools to enjoy. In short we intend to make Baypoint our home for many more years to come.
I’ve only lived here for three months and I am very disappointed. I don’t normally write reviews but I would definitely recommend to NOT move here. 1. When we first moved in, our shower was clogged, our mirror is rusted, our washer runs constantly, and our garbage disposal kept backing up dirty water back into the sink. When trying to remedy these issues, maintenance didn’t come by until 2 months later and was very unprofessional; one even stated he used our personal toilet plunger to “fix” the garbage disposal issue and even gave me attitude and made it seem like it was MY fault that the key the office gave him for our apartment wasn’t working. 2. The office manager is conveniently never there. When asked to speak to the manager, the leasing office always claims she is either out on lunch
Been a resident since April. This nuisance has been happening since upstairs neighbors moved in, a few months now- few times a week, days, middle of the night... I just called the main office #, no answer/cannot leave a message cuts off, called multiple times nothing (which is usual), so finally hit "Courtesy Officer" option. (I would rather speak to office staff as is middle of day and not 12AM) Firstly, he answers phone Not with a Hello etc, but laughing and a 'yeah uh huh' obviously not talking to the person who called. I asked is this Baypoint? I explained the neighbors directly above me have been banging/dropping things/moving furniture- not sure exactly what n Don't Care- and its very loud and disruptive and if he could come and address. He said this, "Well I'm actually at my other
