We went through the process of writing up a cash offer and the agent and broker dropped the ball and never submitted the offer to the seller. When I inquired four days later The owner Lisa appeared to have zero knowledge that an offer was presented. And she went onto dismiss my concerns by diminishing my offer. The property was on the market for over a year and my cash offer was more than fair. Our goal is to relocate our home and business to southern Louisiana, but certainly not in this community. Lisa has diminished the community of cut off Louisiana.
