0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! The office staff is rude and when you ask for corporate information, they have the nerve to question why and what for? Obviously, to report you here in the office. They have some of the laziest office and maintenance workers I’ve ever came across. It takes a few seconds or even minutes out of your own day to go grab the items you need to repair or furnish a home and yet they choose to be lazy and CHEAP! There’s absolutely nothing attractive about these apartment homes. Facilities are dirty, trash outside and around the complex, loose animals roaming around. Don’t even bother wasting your time, breath or energy on this place. You get exactly what you pay for and it shows with this complex!

I've lived here since the summer with my partner and we love it. It's quiet, worst part is hearing the trash truck outback in the middle of the night but you can get used to that and sleep through it. The property is clean. Our pets are so happy. The management and maintenance teams are so nice and responsive and effective. The services they offer make us feel very secure like paying rent with flex and offering vet telehealth services, absolutely amazing. We can see ourselves here for a few years, if you can't find a decent apartment, definitely try this one out.

Rules are in place for a reason, and the property manager KeSharna enforces them with fairness and professionalism. I’ve witnessed her deal with aggressive residents calmly and confidently, standing her ground while never losing respect. Even in tough situations, whether it’s late fees, evictions, or difficult resident issues she remains solution-oriented, offering alternatives whenever possible while still upholding the standards of the community. The issue is, people don’t mind the rules when they benefit them, but they complain when those same rules apply to them. I’ve been here for almost 2 years & I must say the new property manager has helped a lot. She’s very sweet & you can tell that she truly cares. When she first started I was going through a hard time & sadly I took my anger out on her. Nonetheless we mended our relationship quickly and we’ve been the best ever since! Thank you KeSharna for all that you do & for being patient with me in a time where I’m sure it wasn’t easy for you to be patient with me. All your hard work reflects in my living situation everyday! KeSharna is hands down one of the best property managers I’ve ever had. She’s super easy to talk to, gets things handled fast, and you can tell she actually cares about the people living here. If something comes up, she keeps you in the loop the whole time and makes sure it gets taken care of. She’s fair but also doesn’t let people walk all over her, which I really respect. KeSharna even knows residents by name and I’ve seen her out here picking up trash herself. She recently sent out an email about the stray cats around the property and while she’s working on removing them, she also offered to help anyone who wants to adopt and explained why feeding them isn’t a good idea.
