The team at Bay to Bay did a great job getting the closing prepped and completed. Even when the buyer's bank was less than efficient, Lisa went the extra mile, worked late and got the job done to help us get funded more quickly. I highly recommend Bay to Bay.

I am so impressed with this team. John Hammer was clear, concise and made the signing process easy and stress-free. He was on the ball quick to response and so friendly! This house was in a different state and I was extremely anxious throughout the process but working with him was thoroughly lovely and positive experience. Highly recommend!

Used Bay to Bay to close on a rental condo recently, and in my opinion, it was a terrible experience. Bay to Bay had our file for almost two months and did not validate the operating agreement until the night prior to closing. They seemed, in my opinion, disorganized, curt, and did not seem to have regard for the customer experience. I will be putting contingencies in my future contracts to not use Bay to Bay title. A shame.
