My name is Wilfredo opio and been trying to get information about my hoa. Sent an outstanding bill I received. I made payment to Costello sury &rooney for $1,215.08 send on 1/16/26 and been trying to make an appointment.so they can walk me through this. Don’t know way I’m paying so much? Pay my hoa yearly.they didn’t send me a bill or booklet?

Shout out for Stacy Hess for her excellent service managing Liberty Square and Park Station HOAs! She really knows her business and knows how to approach situations. I really don’t know how we could have taken care of our HOAs properly without her knowledge and care! I had a complaint regarding a lawn issue that I inherited as a new homeowner in 2022. However, Melissa Foster was integral in facilitating the request to landscapers and informing the board about my concerns and subsequently the issue was resolved. This is the type of customer service that is not worthy thank you Melissa!
