Bay PM is a very professional management company. From day one during the setup and onboarding process Wynn Geiss was very helpful in answering all my questions, even on weekends. The onboarding process was very smooth. Upon being onboarded, the Property Manager, Pink Melendez, was assigned. Thus far she has been tremendous with communications and very responsive. She was able to follow up with the Tenant regarding a few issues and actively continues to pursue a resolution, while keeping me updated. I would recommend Bay PM to anyone looking for a professional Property Management company.

Overall, Bay Management Property Group has been great. Communication, responsiveness, and the day-to-day management experience have all been very solid. My only feedback is around the leasing experience, which could be improved. That part of the process wasn’t as smooth as expected. That said, everything else has been excellent, and I’ve had a positive experience overall.

The entire Bay Property Management Group is awesome! Everyone that I've engaged with have been so kind and helpful. I'm giving special acknowledgement to Andrew Luciano for doing an excellent job at managing my property in the first year I leased through BPMG. I never had any concerns about the state or condition of my home. He communicated very clearly, kept me updated on tenants maintenance requests and addressed every question that I had with utmost patience and care. It had a pleasure working with Andrew. He stepped into a new capacity but I'm grateful to still be able to reach out and ask questions if needed because I trust his recommendations.

Jasmine Camaya has been exceptional every single time I’ve needed assistance. She is professional, patient, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled correctly. What I appreciate most is that she never leaves me waiting—she follows up, communicates clearly, and always finds a solution. It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency with genuine care, but Jasmine does exactly that. She is the reason my experience has been consistently positive, and she absolutely deserves a 5‑star review.

I had some repairs that needed to get done in my apartment and from day one Pink was on top of it. They have one of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Everyone has been very friendly and always will to help with the best attitude. No matter the time or day they helped me along the process. Definitely recommend
