I want to shout out ms priscilla she has been the property manager of my house for 2 years now and she understands me and is very patient and respectful.she explains things very clear !Before her I had a horrible property manager they left and she came in She’s definitely a good one. As soon as I put in any maintenance request she gets it’s handled quick my garbage disposal was old and needed replaced she had the maintenance man there few days later and he fixed the same day .

Bay Property Management has managed our property since 2014. They have always responded quickly to us and our tenants.Ian Ramos has been supporting us the majority of the time and he's top notch. Many times Ian provides options if we're looking to resolve any unexpected issues. He also handles annual requirements with the city, communicating ahead any and all due dates, so we're in compliance. No issues and good value for the service level. Recommend.

I reached out to BMG to take over management of my property in Baltimore county. I have tenants that have been providing little to no rent since mid 2025. I have been sympathetic of their financial situation and decided not to evict them. However, their lease is due to expire soon, and I just didn't know how to handle the situation appropriately. After speaking with Andrew, from BMG, he advised me that his team would be able to take over management of the property and would be able to handle the tenant/rent situation and take appropriate action. BMG moved quick with getting everything situated and they ensured me that we would get this tenant/rent issue figured out and get the property profitable again. I went from overwhelmed and stressed out to level headed and stress free. Thank you!

The property manager, Lina, was very nice and professional; she's also a pleasure to meet and speak with. The property is beautiful...just a little small for my needs but it will make someone a lovely home. Everything was sparkling clean...if the appliances aren't new, they certainly seem to be! I wish Bay Property Management well in finding the perfect tenant for this home. .

Update - 1/2026. I have ended my property management services with BM after 2 years of inadequate services. This company does not live up to their goals and services they promise you. Unless you have a perfect tenant that pays on time GOOD LUCK having them manage anything with their REMOTE property managers from THE PHILLIPINES. I have inurred thousands of dollars repairing my home due to tenant damges as a result of the property manager NOT reviewing inspection reports. I am still waiting on my monies to be disbursed to me after ending my services with them too. I ENCOURAGE ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE. THIS COMPANY OUTSOURCES THEIR PROPERTY MANAGERS. THEY NEVER SEE YOUR PROPERTY AFTER LEASING IT. THEY OUTSOURCE THEIR INSPECTIONS TO INDIVIDUALS AS WELL. THE INSPECTORS
