STILL WAITING ON THE OWNERS TI RMAIL ME BACK I WAS SENT A EMAIL I THINO ITS A FAKE EMAIL ITS SUMMER HOUSE HOT ONLY ONE AC THE HEAD MAN TOLD MS SHAWN WE GOTTA GO TO THE PAWN SHOP BUY A AC WHICH IS CRAZY ITS RATS AND ROACHES I BEEN CALLED ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO HER HUSBAND IS THE MAINTENANCE MAN NOBODY CAME OUT YET
I have a friend live in Bay Pointe Apartments she cares about her location there, but have problems with the rental company taking care of the property, residents and answering the phone for tenant's and I noticed there no maintenance service available but I did notice they do have lawn services and the rooftops look awful what owners don't care about there property and residents living and safety who is the owner of this place.
