2 years of dealing with an unresponsive and incapable management office. Maintenance department was a joke. Apartment was small with lots plumbing issues that maintenance could never really fix, and worst of all mice infestation.

The worst management. Downstairs neighbor is a psycho chain smoker. My apartment smells disgusting even with constant ventilation. Manager could care less. Can’t wait to leave

The only thing this place has going for itself is that it's in a nice neighborhood. Rude and unresponsive management who could care less about helping you out, the only time they're punctual about anything is when they send their letters out reminding you to pay rent. WAY too expensive for what you're getting, half of the washing machines and dryers are broken, roaches and ants galore! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX AND ANYTHING ELSE THE BROKER "YAIR" IS INVOLVED WITH!!

Unethical and deceitful to say the very least! Managment only works exclusively with broker/swindler Yair Harari (Dan) who will talk down to you, force you to move in sooner and pay more, all after you pay all fees and dues and you sign a lease and then give you the run around when asking for a refund. They approved us of an apartment for 3/1 and decided on 2/15, that we have 5 mins to decide to move in on 2/20 or lose the deal. Management is in on it with the broker Yair Harari (Dan), who uses his assistants who are unlicensed, to conduct and negotiate apartments that they have no interest of renting to you. Do yourself a favor. Take one quick look at this place and take a hard pivot right after. In the two years my family was here, we dealt with plumbing issues, roach infestations, laundry mishaps, and worst of all, poor management. It isn’t worth it. However you’re doing, it’s not worth it. Look away.
