My family recently utilized Bay Harbor Homes for our kitchen renovation and we couldn't be happier with the result. Working with a 1950's house brought its share of challenges and I'm not sure what we would have done without Tom and his crew from Bay Harbor. My husband and I spent 3 years building our dream home with Tom, Tim and the rest of the staff. They aren’t only builders, they have become friends. I was referred to Bay Harbour Homes by my contractor during a home remodel. Based on the positive recommendation by the contractor as well as meeting with both Rob Ross (Vice President) and Tom DiGiacomo (President) I preceded to contract with Bay Harbour Homes in May 2012. The scope of their work was to include the installation of a structural steel beam as well as demolish and rebuild a new exterior deck to the second floor at the rear of the house. Approximately 6 months later I began to notice small stains on the interior ceiling near the rear of the house. I contacted Bay Harbour Homes by phone and left a message at this time. Over the course of time the ceiling stain progressed to substantial water leaks thru the ceiling and top of the sliding glass doors causing additional damag

Do NOT work with this company. They subcontracted us to do work for them years ago on a house they were building in S Tampa and weaseled out of paying us a dime of the $8000 owed. They lied (especially Tom DiGiacomo) and completely screwed us over. Subcontractors- get 100% payment up front or simply walk away. Homeowners- remember suncontractors can place a lien on your home when the contractor does not pay their subs. Liars and thieves at Bay Harbour! Stay clear of them!
