Bay Breeze Apartments

As a retired veteran who has resided at Bay Breeze for about 15 years, I think you will find all the apartments in this 89014 area pretty much the same in terms of price. At Bay Breeze what stands out in my view is the consistently kind and respectful friendly service from the Office & Maintenance Management Teams, who make every effort to keep Bay Breeze Apartments a quiet & safe place to live. They are very responsive if called upon, and they do a great job of maintaining the grounds & communnity amenities.

I give this little apt complex 5 stars for 3 reasons. 1. Location- perfect to get to the airport or the strip quickly and in a very green part of Henderson. 2. Keondra the leasing agent was so awesome, super professional but so warm and friendly at the same time, made me feel at home from day 1! And 3. The maintenance guys were great, always quick to fix any issues and friendly.

We've been residents at this apartment complex since January, and our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The overall atmosphere is remarkably quiet, creating a serene living environment. The neighbors are not only friendly but also contribute to the overall sense of community. One standout aspect is the Maintenance team, who deserves special recognition. I want to give a 5 star review to Ms. Keondra Braxton, the assistant manager and the maintenance crew, Jose and Alfonso. Ms. Braxton is fairly new, but she has by far been the best property manager I've ever had. She is professional, attentive, and courteous. On top of all that she is always dressed so nicely and is a pleasant person to talk to. To say that the customer service at Bay Breeze has improved since she started working would be an understatement. Bay Breeze had some of the worst managers and assistants I have ever encountered in my life when I first began living here, especially with an assistant named Carla who had such an ugly bitter personality and would constantly talk down to people.
