I’ve had the opportunity to work with Bay Area Management on multiple occasions, their staff has been very professional, and quick to solutions. Bob the general manager has been very informative on long term projects, and Jennifer has been on site finding solutions when situations arise. The team work is great to see, and they are great to have locally. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Hello! BAM has been servicing my condo area in Charlevoix MI for a few years now. I would like to take this time and strongly advise anyone thinking of using the BAY AREA management company…. NOT TO! Not only are they rude, with horrid organizational skills; what is more important is the complete lack of safely for the residents that live on the very property they are ment to manage. Their lack of attention and disregard for basic safety concerns is the reason to look to any other management company. Hopefully the photos taken of the remnants of their handy work and complete disregard for safety are helpful. Years of incompetency and disregard has lead to this review.

No heat. Called emergency line no response. Had to call a company and pay out of pocket. Bay Area Management has poor customer service. Poor communication. You do not want this company managing your property.

We are snowed in and Bay Area hasn’t shown. Had to call an another plow company to get us out. Bay Area management is horrible.

Love the owner Bob and his team. What great customer service. Any problems you may be having, Jennifer is there with a smile on eager to assist. The maintenance guy, I think his name is Alex can fix anything.
