Excellent leasing office! Never had any issues, the staff is friendly and helpful. Always communicative with the exterminator's monthly schedule.

I really don't understand the negative reviews here...likely that unhappy people are more likely to post a review. Baumrind & Baumrind has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I've lived in NYC for a short ~10 years now and have always taken it as an assumption that the management company / landlord will be a hassle to deal with, never proactively address issues, etc. The first time I've been happy with every interaction has been Baumrind & Baumrind. We've had issues with our mailbox, leaks, rent checks not making it on time, etc...not once have I felt neglected, slighted, or mistreated. Cannot recommend them enough, and I literally cannot say that about any past management company or landlord.

Difficult, difficult difficult. And soon to face legal and press problems. Having been the husband of their tenant, I know. Be prepared for the rudeness of Scotty on top of everything else.

Best real estate people I've meet. Be honest and you'll receive the same.
