Battlefield Park Apartments

I’ve lived in multiple areas throughout my lifetime, and Battlefield Park is truly the best property I’ve been apart of. I was so in love with the area, the residents and my apartment was like a true home to me. Some of the best moments In my life and I’ll never forget, I thank the staff including Chloe the best property manager who helped me throughout these last few months she’s truly a saint and trust me she will do the same for you. I recommended the place with the upmost regard.

Selling my home and moving into an apartment here at Westwood I did have concerns on how I would acclimate to apartment living. There was no reason for my concerns as I soon learn living in this conveniently located beautiful apartment. The office staff was kind and friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Gabby is truly a valuable asset to these apartments! Let me end By saying maintenance will leave you wanting nothing more.

I have lived at Battlefield Park for 3 years. The property staff are super helpful. I love that when I walk through the doors, I am greeted by name. Josh, Chloe, Paige, Jaydra are always super helpful with any questions I have and are prompt in getting any issues I have resolved.

Have lived here for 2 months and it’s not that great. Property manager is slow to respond and resolve issues. The person above me has been letting their dog urinate on their balcony and it’s coming down onto mine. I tried to handle it with my neighbor, but was met with hostility, so began reporting it to the leasing office back in November, and still nothing has been done. I’ve recently escalated it to corporate so we will see how that goes. This property is unsanitary as it seems no one cleans up after their dogs, and management does not uphold standards of the lease that protect the tenants. It has been really disappointing.

Chloe was exceptional at listening to my thoughts & aspirations about the property, she informed me about all the amenities & how nice the area is we had a long talk about me moving to Battlefield Park and I couldn’t feel more comfortable I thank her for being a kind person and helping me out. I cannot wait to move and be apart of the community.
