It took us a few years to find a great home, but she was always willing to work with us on our time frame, coming from S. Ca. She was always on the ball getting things done with corresponding and keeping in touch with us when new listing came up. I would love to see one of their rentals first hand, but we were unable to due to poor customer service. I had to contact Bass Lake Realty twice about a property I saw online. It was in our price range and available the dates we were looking at. Finally I received a call from Debbie and she was very short and rude to me. I asked her for a break down of the cost so I could discuss it with my husband and she acted very annoyed. I told her I just needed to go over the total cost with my husband and would call her back. I called back 3 hours later and the property already had a hold on it. I wasn't told I could put a 24 hour hold on the property. I wish I had known that.
