One of the biggest advantages is that they often already have qualified tenants ready before a property is even listed, which keeps occupancy high and minimizes vacancy time. They’ve consistently helped place good tenants quickly and efficiently. Adam, Jessica, and Cindy are all wonderful to work with — professional, honest, responsive, and easy to reach by email or phone. They genuinely care about both landlords and tenants, and they take great care of the properties. I am a currently living at one of the properties this company has taking over. I second my neighbors review on this page. We to are also breaking our lease and not paying due to having multiple repairs not being fixed. Takes over a month for RDG to get someone out to help fix with maintenance issues and they still have yet to (actually fix it). We have had over 7 other neighbors break their lease in less the a year at this property.Ontop of the large late fees they dont tell you about when you sign you lease. This new company is very unprofessional aswell.We have already packed up our entire unit and are leaving the state after our eviction. Dont trust these people.
